Note
We have a well-stocked tackle shop with the hottest lures & accessories
at the lodge. A limited number of rental rod and reel combinations
are available. We strongly suggest that you bring your own
rods and reels, as it is a very personal thing with most
fishermen.

or Driver’s License)
Things you need to bring
- 2 or 3 bait casting or spinning rods & reels, medium
to heavy 17lb. Test line.
- Rattle traps ½ to ¾ oz. In chrome/blue,
chrome/black, orange/red spinner baits, twin blade in chartreuse,
white, blue, plus combinations of the above colors ½ - ¾ oz.
- Buzz baits chartreuse & white 3/8 – ¾ oz.
- Worms : 10, 12” scented if possible in tequila
shad, red shad, pumpkinseed, black/chartreuse & other
dark colors
- Hooks: offset 4/0, 5/0
- Weights: ¼ - ¾ oz bullet type
- Sluggos: green, yellow, off white with appropriate hooks
- Crankbaits: Deep diving such as Bagley DB-3 chrome,
fire tiger, chartreuse
- Topwater: bomber long & fat, zara spooks, torpedo
types in chrome & baitfish colors plus fire tiger
- Sunscreen
- Lip Balm
- Insect repellant
- Hat or cap
- Bathing suit & sandals
- Tennis or deck shoes for fishing
- Pocket knife
- Lightweight rainsuit
